Lay in bed & watch the fire in the winter or keep the door open & enjoy the view The cozy quarters stay around 55 degrees year round since it is insulated from the hillside. Nice & cool in the summer. This little propane fireplace will heat it up in the winter.

If you're a fan, this is a must. Otherwise, the view is worth the hike. Totally loved the stay although one night enough. Don't know if Gandalf's cart would survive the road in or if his old bones could handle the climb so should be warned to pack light

Absolutely amazing! Exceeded our expectations by far. We came in the winter so the 4WD was a must, but it was beautiful, quaint, and very detailed. We loved the riddle books, cocoa, and local pastries. Worth every penny! Thank you, Kristie!
