Our farmhouse has a total of 5 beautiful bedrooms; 3 are located on the main floor and 2 more are located on the lower level. The primary bedroom on the main floor has a gorgeous en-suite bathroom. There is also a 6th queen sized bed in the main basement area.

☆☆BATHROOMS☆☆
In total we have 3 full bathrooms and as mentioned one of them is an en-suite on the main floor. There is a 2nd full bathroom on the main floor and on the lower level there is a 3rd full bathroom with a spacious & glamorous make up bar.

☆☆KITCHEN & DINING☆☆
The open concept kitchen and dining space are on the main floor of the home and they have incredible views of the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and it has everything you'll need for cooking home made meals. The dining area has a formal dining table with seating for 8 guests, a great view outside, and a large rustic chandelier hanging from a vaulted wooden ceiling over the table.

☆☆LIVING ROOMS☆☆
Our home has 2 main living rooms; one is located on the main floor and the other is one the lower level. The main floor living room is open to the dining area and is perfect for relaxing while the basement living room is more geared towards fun with a Smart TV, games, an air hockey table, and more.

☆☆BACKYARD☆☆
The backyard of our home is incredibly spacious. Sit out on the front porch, enjoy our rope swing hanging from a mature tree, sit around a bonfire, relax in the sauna or hot tub, watch your favourite shows on our outdoor TV, lounge around our gas fire table, grill on the BBQ, sit by the pond; there are so many fun things to do here at Sorella Farms during your stay.

THINGS THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED:
-The barn is not for guests use
-There is a large pond on the farm which is NOT for swimming
-Please bring your own wood for the sauna and fire pit

The backyard area with sauna, hot tub, small pond, fire pit is only for Airbnb guests.

Other things to note
There is an extra guest fee of $25 per guest, per night for groups of 6 or more.

This home allows 1 pet per stay for a fee of $100.

There is 1 outdoor noise sensor and 1 indoor noise sensor. They monitor decibel levels only.

There are train tracks close to the home that can create some noise throughout the day and evening when trains pass through.

While the home is on the same property as Sorella Farms wedding venue, there will be no events booked during your stay.
