This unit is on a high floor and has a lovely balcony. It is a one bedroom apartment with two full-size beds and a new bathroom. There are new living room furnishings and Free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped & has a tap for purified water.

The space

This condo is on a high floor with a private balcony. It offers expansive views of the city, the intra-coastal and sensational sunsets. From the comfort of your own beds one is able to enjoy views of ships passing on the intra-coastal thru the floor to ceiling glass windows. This unit comes fully-furnished with a renovated kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped and contains everything needed to relax and enjoy your stay. There is also a separate tap for purified water . There is a wall-mounted 40" LCD HDTV in the living room as well as a 46" TV in the bedroom. The Hotel is located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. The Hotel is on a recess non-congested thoroughfare favoring pedestrians.There are many shops such as banks,restaurants, supermarket, drugstores, fast food and many more, all within walking distance from the Hotel. There are no pets or smoking permitted. There is no street parking. Since this is a Hotel, the only parking that is available is currently $10 per day. This covers either valet or self parking. You settle with the parking concession the day you arrive. I have nothing to do with the parking concession.

Guest access

Since it is a hotel you should be able to access all sections of the hotel. There is an outdoor restaurant and fine Italian restaurant inside the Hotel. There is also a large pool and circular bar adjacent to the beach.

Other things to note

The Galt Mile is a protected setback mile where visitors as well as residents walk, jog, bike, shop and enjoy the Palm-Tree lined mile without the need of a car.

There is no street parking. Currently, the parking concession charges $10 per day whether you self-park or Valet park. I have nothing to do with the parking concession. You pay them the day you arrive. Don't hang or throw anything over the balcony railing. No garbage left in the house overnight. No pets or smoking permitted. Windows and sliding doors should never be left open due to condensation & air suction problems. If vacuum is used, please empty cannister. The walk-in closet contains a small safe which you set your own combination. Place all your valuables in the safe because in an emergency situation anyone from the staff can enter the unit with a card key. Infants are considered 2 years and under.

Scott’s place was great. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Also, right outside is a Tiki Bar, pool and the beach, so we really never had to leave the property. The apartment had everything we’d need for the stay and was super clean and organized. Would highly recommend.

Scott was the perfect host and his apartment was very clean, the perfect size, and in the perfect location. It’s a shirt distance from downtown Ft. Lauderdale and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, both lively and vibrant neighborhoods with tons of restaurants and shops. Scott was really helpful throughout the check in process and the entire stay. I would highly recommend him.

Scott's place was very conveniently located within walking distance of a grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Scott was wonderful to thoroughly explain all the condo amenities as well as provide area recommendations at any point you contact him during your stay. Great place with a great host!

Great place to stay! Scott greeted us and showed us everything we needed to know to ensure our stay was smooth. Although we didn't need anything, he was available nearby just in case. The space is roomy and Scott provides pool noodles and boogie boards for the pool/beach. Huge Bonus--All of the amenities in the building. There are 2 restaurants, a spa, convenience store and gift shop. The condo is also within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and a full-sized grocery store. Overall, Scott's place is a great bargain and we look forward to returning!

Scott is a very helpful host and made sure we had all the information about the resort and the area that we needed and also had plenty of extras like beach chairs and umbrellas that made our stay really luxurious. We loved being right on the beach with shopping and restaurants so close. What an excellent value!

Scott provides a very clean and functional apartment with a great 9th floor balcony view of the Ft. Lauderdale area. The apartment is in a condo/ hotel that has two nice restaurants , a great pool and just steps from the beach. Grocery stores are within walking distance and the kitchen is furnished with enough pots and pans to make your own meals. Parking is a dream. Just $10/ day valet. I am recommending this place to everyone
