The space
Location:
It is a super-spacious flat 650 square feet which has been fully renovated to give you a perfect relaxing atmosphere for your stay. Walking distance to all necessary places. The place is located 3 min walk to the 109 street bus station and 8 min walk to the nearest Metro (Belgravia-McKernan) station.

The House:
The house is very spacious for one bedroom apartment. You will have access to stainless steel appliances. Full stove, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. Living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and very comfortable leather couch. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, build-in wardrobe and free standing dresser. The master bedroom has also a desk. The apartment has a full size washer and dryer.

Places to go:
The apartment is located close to grocery store: Safeway, 24/7 Shoppers Drugmart, 50 different restaurants bars and clubs.

Pizza: you can order-in the best local pizza "Campus Pizza" that my family loves.

Guest access
The whole basement belongs to the renters. They have their own laundry.
