During check in guests began to demand what is not envisaged in the description. They were rude and urgent. How you couldn’t t notice that there are 2 bedrooms, which have 2 beds in the apartment? The sofa is located in a separate, from the bedrooms, hallway. There is evidence of that on the photos that the representative of the site made. In your feedback, it is written about a curtain, a shower, a teapot, a cleanliness - I consider it all hooks. Apparently such a position: to bring unfounded allegations, to live a full term, and then to demand the return of money through the site. So do decent people. The lamp in the bathroom broke you, Roman, it wasn’t broken during check in. The kettle is really yellow, such as it was during the purchase, it is its production color. The bath is in a standard sized apartment, and it is visible on the photo. The curtain is new. The apartment is situated on the 10th floor, there is an elevator in the house. And it is mentioned in the description. After your leaving the apartment was in a terrible condition and permeated with tobacco smoke. It was also embarrassing for me to hear complaints from neighbors that during your stay in the apartment there were a lot of guests, and they were very noisy. I recommend to Roman, as well as to all guests, to become more responsible in choosing an apartment. To read carefully the description of the apartment and the rules of the house, and ask all necessary questions before reservation !!!
