This place is perfect for a wedding group to stay, plenty of room to spread out and so many beautiful photo opportunities. It is also a great place for corporate retreats or team offsites for people from Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston and out of state. Many fly in to have their team meeting here. 2) Events are not permitted. We love helping guests celebrate special occasions, however, this property does not operate as a venue. No unregistered guests or vendors are allowed onsite without written prior approval. Please note this property is monitored via exterior security cameras.
3) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 8AM to 11PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).
4) Loud music is not permitted at any time. Please be respectful of our neighbors as sound travels in the Hill Country.
5) Pets are not permitted.**
6) No fires are permitted outside of the propane fire pit.
7) Swimming in the pond is not permitted
8) Please feel free to pet the animals through the fence but the horse barn, and apartment are off limits. These spaces are NOT included in any rental. The barn may be used as a backdrop for professional family or wedding photography but may not be entered or accessed at any time. You may give the animals treats from their designated bins but may not enter or access their spaces at any time.
**Guests with animal allergies, please note that while guests are NOT allowed to bring pets, the property owner occasionally stays in the home with their dog.
THINGS TO NOTE
1) While this home accommodates up to 20 guests, only the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted at the property. When booking on Airbnb, the system initially allows you to book for up to 16 guests. After booking, you MUST click “edit reservation”, increase the group size to the correct number of guests, and pay the additional guest fee of $75 per person per night for your additional guests (up to 20 total guests) to confirm your booking.
2) This property is located on 9 rural acres. Guests should expect to encounter bugs and snakes though regular professional pest service is conducted.
3) The owner may be onsite during your stay to tend to the animals. Feel free to give the animals treats from the bins provided near their respective areas.
4) Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property only. While these are not actively monitored, please note that the following spaces are in their view: driveway, parking, entrances to main home and party barn, back patio and pool, pond, and all animal areas.
