The space
The house is registered/certified (#286893 by CITQ) and was built in 2007 in Victorian style and fully furnished with high-quality beds and furniture in 2015. It's a super clean house with a wood fireplace and electrical baseboards, which are adjustable in each room and area, keeping the house warm and cozy. The portable air conditioner for the living, common and dining areas and There are 4 bedrooms upstairs: One master bedroom with a Queen bed and an additional adjoining room with a single bed suitable for your kids or an adult and access to a full private bath. There are two other queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. Another half bath + extra Bedroom is available on the first floor. The Kitchen is well-equipped. The house accommodates up to 9 guests. Super clean and close to cross country ski and bike trail, Close to downtown and both Ski stations ( Mont Tremblant and Mont Blanc), Quiet neighbourhood, Family safe area

Guest access
The extraordinary location within walking distant access to the “Petit Train du Nord, Cross Country Ski and bike Trail” gives you the opportunity to enjoy nature and have access to the Saint Jovite Down Town Sector, where you can enjoy the ambiance of seasonal events, browse delightful local boutiques or enjoy dining in cozy restaurants.
The house location is close to down town Mont Tremblant. Close to shopping and restaurants (4 min), Lakes and swimming pool, Close to Mont Blanc ski area (5 min), 14 minutes from old village and mountain Ski Station, for downhill skiing, Hiking and more.

Other things to note
Our location is family-oriented and super safe for family and kids. The Quiet time from Mid Night to 8.00 am. Pets are NOT allowed.

The checkout process. The check out time is before 11.00 am. The cleaning team will arrive after 11.00 and in normal conditions will take care of beds, linens, towels, washrooms and floor except kitchen. Please make sure to dump all the garbages, recycles, clean and empty fridge, sink and countertop and run the dishwasher if needed. They will clean, wash and sanitize every touchable surface for the guest safety due to COVID 19. If you do not intend to use any items like (linens, towels, etc) place them as they are in the linen closet. The extra cleaning charges will be applied if the house is found in unexpectedly abnormal conditions.
Also please leave the master key in the key hanger beside the entrance door.
