Diane's place is quiet and clean. The building is shared with other tenants but you will have your own private apartment. It's spacious, has lots of nice items in bathroom, and is located within walking distance to eateries, laundry facilities, gas station, etc.

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for your feedback. It was a pleasure to host you. My upstairs tenants do smoke, but they are not supposed to smoke in the building. If they do, they are going against their lease. They often smoke on their fire escape in the back of the building.
Don't let the outside fool you this is a lovely apartment with many nice amenities inside. The full kitchen allowed us to enjoy a meal after a long day of driving. Lots of towels provided and bathroom supplies. It was a bit too far to walk so we drove closer to the port area and …

Hi Linda, Thank you for your comments. Your comments about parking motivate me to make a list of parking spots in the Old Port that the locals know about that could save folks some money. Also you can park at meters for free after 6 PM. You might have saved money by taking a cab ride if you were going to park in the Old Port for the entire day. Also the bus stops right in front of my building so I will put a bus schedule in the apartment. I am always trying to find ways to be a better host.
