Open planing living and 3 ensuite bedrooms provide flexible accommodation for up to 8 people. Enviable location: just a short walk to shops or restaurants and easy access to chair lifts via free bus.

The space
Located in a unique redevelopment of an old farm, this first floor apartment provides spacious and stylish accommodation for up to 8 people. Finished and equipped to a high standard this property provides an excellent base for a winter or summer holiday for families or groups of friends.

Spead over 3 floors the accommodation comprises:

You enter the apartment via the apartment front door into the ground floor of the property. On this level you find the entrance hall with plenty of storage space and bedroom 1.

Bedroom 1 -
Light and bright twin bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be set as a king size bed if required), feature wood walls, clothes storage and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom feathures shower cubicle with rain head shower, vanity sink unit and toilet.

Taking the stairs to the first floor:

You enter into the open plan (slightly split level) living, dining and kitchen area.

Modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer compartment) nespresso machine and raclette equipment. Stocked with utensils, pots pans and everything required to cater for 8 people.

The heart of the apartment is the open living area with cozy sofas and chairs and large smart TV (with netflix, prime and disney plus - please use your own log in - and french tv channels). Perfect for relaxing together at the end of a long day on the mountain. Large sliding doors lead to a small private balcony terrace with local mountain views.

Off the living area is bedroom 2.
Featuring built in refuge style bunks to sleep up to 4 people. Comfortable, full size single bunks have been created making them suitable for children or adults to sleep in. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink vanity unit.

This floor also benefits from a house toilet and utility room with washer and dryer.

On the third floor you will find the master bedroom. A spacious room to relax in with king size bed, where you can wake up to views of the local mountains. The room also benefits from a TV, clothing storage and large en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with shower cubicle, sink vanity and toilet.

All rentals include high quality linen and towels and beds made to your requirements

Within the building the apartment also has access to 2 private ski storage lockers with boot warmers for 8 people.

There are 2 allocated exterior parking spaces.
