Luxury two bedroomed spacious masionette, converted from a sandstone mews, the property has all the charm of a traditional building, but with all the modern finishes and fittings of a new home. The property boasts a large open living room/dining room/kitchen on the main level with the first master double bedroom and bathroom. The second of the two bedrooms is on the mezannine level with ensuite shower room and adjoining balcony, (balcony used as a third sleeping area, please note there is no doors to divide the balcony from this bedroom and this arrangement might not suit everyone), the bedroom is open plan and although it's upstairs the adjoining balcony is open over the living area. Please ensure you have a good understanding of the layout as again this might not suit everyone. We can accomodate upto six guests but please also note that our beds are not single, we have 2 kingsized, 1 double and 1 double airbed. Please ensure that you have considered carefully how comfortable people in your party are should they need to share their bed or sleeping space.

We will be there to meet and greet our guests and to hand over the keys at the beginning and end of their stay.
Other things to note
Please let us know in advance if you have young children. We can provide a travel cot and toys. We do not provide any food items for the duration of your stay, however if other guests leave behind some kitchen basics you are welcome to help yourself, but please ensure that you check the date on these items first.
The apartment is in a residential location, consideration to permenant residents is essential. Our neighbours can hear the piano when in use, please can you ensure that its not played too late and that children are supervised.
Also carefully close doors as our neighbours can hear them slam.
No other persons permitted other than those staying or detailed as visitors during the booking process.
We ask our guests to remove all outdoor shoes before entering the property, this way much consideration is given to all who want to stay in a clean and free from outdoor germs environment. Especially for our younger guests who will be playing around on the carpet.
Please clear the kitchen area, washing dishes and wiping work surfaces and empty bins before departing. Please remove all personal items upon departure, including clothes and other unwanted items, lots of unwanted items being left behind may incur and additional removal fee.
Please can you make sure when parked that the car is in the bay designated for the flat, our neighbour can't use their space if you park over their space.
Please note that the smoke detectors are particularly sensitive and steam from the bathroom can trigger them, please ensure the bathroom door is shut whilst there is still steam.
