The space
When you first arrive you are greeted by the large driveway and covered carport area with parking for at least 4 cars. Head up the stairs on the back side of the home and use your Keyless Access Code to get your vacation started. You enter this reverse floor plan property on the bedroom level. As you come down the hall, you will find the first bedroom to your left. This room offers two twin beds and access to the covered streetside deck. The next bedroom down the hall offers a Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin/Full) set and access to the covered streetside deck. These rooms share a full bath conveniently located in the hallway. This bath offers a shower/tub combo, and vanity sink, and is home to the stackable Washer and Dryer. The last bedroom on this level is the Queen Suite. This stunning room offers a Queen size bed, Flat Screen TV with Roku service, a private bath, and access to the covered Sound Side Deck. The private bath offers a shower and vanity sink. Step out the sliding glass doors and enjoy breathtaking views of the marsh and Intracoastal waterway.
Head up to the top floor and you are greeted by an open living area. The living room offers ample seating, a large-screen TV with Roku service, and access to the Sound Side Screened porch. Enjoy the best view the Island has to offer without ever leaving the couch. The stunning views will almost make you forget about the beach that is just a short walk across the street! When you can pry yourself away from watching the birds, and other wildlife that live happily in the marsh, the spacious Kitchen invites you to whip up master chef-worthy meals for the whole family. Complete with stainless steel appliances and all of the basic cooking needs, you can keep your crew well fed throughout your trip. The large dining room table offers seating for 7, with an additional 2 stools available at the kitchen bar. The screened porch also offers an outdoor table set so you can enjoy your meals with a view! Last but not least, we come to the final bedroom and bathroom in the property. The Full Shared bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway and offers a shower and vanity sink. The bedroom offers a Queen bed, remote workstation, and a Flatscreen Smart TV with Roku service. This room can easily access the streetside sundeck so you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee while watching the Island wake up.

The large backyard is a great place for the kids and the dogs to enjoy some not-so-sandy time outside. The beach is just a short walk away with convenient public access located at the corner of Mecklenburg and N Shore Drive. All properties rented with Lewis Realty Associates, Inc. offer access code entry. Emails and Text messages will be sent out to the reservation holder with codes and access information prior to check-in.

-This property offers a Private Pool! Guests will need to sign a pool waiver before check-in. A heated pool upgrade is available from September through November and then again from March through May for an additional fee. *Heater not available December through February or June through August*
-This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per reservation. (100lb limit)
-No Smoking is allowed inside the property or on its decks.
