This listing is for a Room within a house shared by me the host Sean. You will have the whole upstairs level of the house with its own private bath & full house access. We share the same entrance. The bottom of the home will be shared with your host Sean. My home is situated in what I consider to be the coolest and most attractive location in Cleveland. You can walk, run, ride to the beach in minutes. 1 mile to the shores of Lake Erie to enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, & Kiting Sports.

2 Queen Beds in one room located on second floor which is private and you will have to yourself and has its own private bathroom and workspace.

Neighbourhood highlights

My neighborhood is called the "Detroit Shoreway" because its northern border is Detroit Rd and the Shoreway which runs along Lake Erie between downtown Cleveland and Edgewater Beach Park. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and bars that are minutes away and very walkable. Gordon Square is the epicenter of Detroit Shoreway which is at the corner of W 65th and Detroit Ave. There is a bike path to the beach at the very end of my street which will get you to the sand and water in 5 minutes. The Rock Hall and First Energy Stadium, Progressive Field and Downtown are 5 minutes away by car or Uber.
