We are proud to offer a King Sized Bed. It required moving walls to upgrade (which is why so few studio units in the Village have a king bed), but being able to offer a King Bed made it worth it.
The sofa bed pulls out to a queen, so 4 people can sleep comfortably!
Enjoy a full kitchen with slab granite, stainless appliances, and all essential cooking utensils. The bathroom offers more of what you love - slab granite, brand new tile and beautiful glass bowl sinks.
In addition to the amazing location of the Village at Breckenridge, the complex offers a fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, and hot tubs. There is no extra charge for these amenities.
Be sure to check out one of my favorite Italian restaurants, Taddeos. It is on the plaza level and offers great views of Maggie pond and the Ski Area.
Insider's Tip for renting at the Village at Breckenridge - for your satisfaction be sure to rent a remodeled condominium. Condominiums are individually owned and the quality varies greatly. Make sure that you see pictures of the EXACT condo you are renting before you book your reservation. This unit was rated a premium, top ranking condominium by independent assessments from both the Home Owners Association and Vail Resorts.

Guest interaction is limited, but we are always here to help if you have a problem. We don't have a check-in or check-out; you will go straight to the unit and let yourself in.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is self parking with unlimited in and out privileges. During Ski Season Underground Heated Secure Parking is $18.00 per night extra. During Summer months Parking is Free, however parking is limited and a PARKING RESERVATION IS REQUIRED YEAR ROUND. So, please inquire at the time of your lodging reservation!
NOTE: The listed 2-night minimum does not apply to all times. At certain times of the year we have a longer minimum; however, we can often accommodate stays as short as 2 nights on weeknights, or last-minute requests, or if your stay fits well into the calendar. For these reasons, we accept short stays all the time. If you'd like a short stay, go ahead and inquire and we'll do our best to accommodate you or refer you to a similar property that can accommodate you.

USE. The premises will be used as a temporary residence for no more than 4 persons.
PARKING. Tenant understands that parking for one vehicle costs $18 per day in addition to the amount paid for lodging. This cost may not have been included in the initial price quote. If Tenant wishes to park a vehicle, a parking pass must be purchased at the time of booking the Rental Property. Parking pass shall be displayed in the vehicle at all times, and the vehicle may only in designated spaces. The parking pass shall be placed in the parking pass drop box upon departure. There will be an additional $18 charge if Tenant exits the garage after 11:00 am on Departure Date.
PARTIES. No parties shall be held on the premises without the prior written consent of Stay Summit. No more than 6 persons shall be present on the premises at any time.
ANIMALS. No animals will be brought on the premises without prior consent of Stay Summit.
SMOKING. Tenant or his or her family, invitees, or guests will not smoke anywhere inside the structure, including any garage. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge plus all necessary cleaning and odor elimination costs.
MINIMUM AGE. Tenant represents that Tenant is at least 25 years of age.
