Independent house, on 2 levels, 3 minutes walk to the sea, finished renovating to May 2023. Very cozy, well furnished, equipped and functional. Equipped with an ideal courtyard for eating and relaxing outdoors. A strategic location, you can walk around Viareggio by forgetting the car, by bike or by foot the promenade and the sea, the pine forest and the main tourist attractions. The space
Modern house, located in the central area a few steps from the sea, renovated in spring 2023, consisting of a double bedroom, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, toilet. Viareggio promenade and beach, pine forest and shopping area are just a few minutes by foot.

For car parking there are several free parking lots: Largo Risorgimento about 1000 meters away or Railway Station about 600 meters away. Otherwise you can make a pass at the tobacconist in front of the house for the cost of €20 per week just bring the plate number and the name of the owner of the car, so you can park under the house.
