19th century farmhouse in the village of Bourn, 9 miles from central Cambridge. Recently voted in The Sunday Times as the ‘best place to live in Cambridgeshire’.

The Grange is located on 25 acres of pastures, part of a working arable farm, surrounded by fields & down a long driveway away from the main road. There are also sheep grazing in the paddocks next to the house.

The space
The farmhouse has large characterful rooms with high ceilings, traditional furniture and a recently refurbished kitchen.

Gardens surround the house with a large lawn at the front of the house.

There is plenty of space to enjoy with your family and friends or enjoy the peaceful garden and submerse yourself in nature.

The Grange is within walking distance from a pub/restaurant, Indian restaurant, coffee shop, butchers farm shop & a friendly village shop. Its also within 5 mins drive of Bourn country club.
