*Great location! Walking distance to Britannia beach. Gorgeous quiet neighbourhood with small local coffee shops, ice cream parlors, access to several walking trails, and one of Ottawa's largest shopping center.

This gorgeous 4 bedroom house has hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, waterfall walk in shower, free standing tub, ping pong table, and queen beds in all the rooms. All amenities provided throughout the home and a fully stocked kitchen.

You can walk to the beach, local coffee shops and bakeries, and beautiful walking trails which are used as cross country skiing in the winter.
