Furnished house of 50 m2 with enclosed garden located in the city center, 1500 m from the body of water and a few minutes from our beautiful beaches. Living room/living room equipped with a convertible sofa, TV, liftable coffee table, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge + freezer), table with 4 chairs. 1 bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. A room with a shower (toilet and shower). A fenced-in courtyard (electric barbecue). A laundry room with washing machine. Cleaning for the tenant.
