From its log construction and huge window that perfectly frame the mountain views, to the granite countertops and hand-made furniture, this home is the ultimate Breckenridge mountain chalet. Its open floor plan allows the whole family to enjoy their time together.
The home sits 4 miles from downtown Breckenridge and the Breckenridge ski resort. No car? No problem. There's a stop on the Summit Stage bus just a block away.
The TVs have just about every channel you can imagine (including HBO, Showtime, Starz, and Cinemax), and the internet is blazing fast (around 30 megabits)!
The bed configuration is as follows:
Master Bedroom (main level): king bed with en suite bath
Second bedroom (upper level): king bed with attached bath (NOTE: this bath has a jetted tub with retractable shower handle, there is not a standing shower)
Third bedroom (lower level): twin-over-queen bunk bed
Fourth bedroom (lower level): twin-over-twin bunk bed and twin-over-queen bunk bed with adjacent bath
Loft (upper level): queen sofa bed

Guest interaction is limited, but we are always here to help if you have a problem. We don't have a check-in or check-out; you will go straight to the unit and let yourself in using the lock box code.
Other things to note
Dogs! Unlike most properties in Summit County, our owners will consider allowing a dog. If you are traveling with a dog, please include details about the dog in your inquiry. Useful details include breed, weight, gender, and description of temperament. Nonrefundable pet fee of $25 per night. Sorry, no cats!
NOTE: The listed 2-night minimum does not apply to all times. At certain times of the year we have a longer minimum; however, we can often accommodate stays as short as 2 nights on weeknights, or last-minute requests, or if your stay fits well into the calendar. For these reasons, we accept short stays all the time. If you'd like a short stay, go ahead and inquire and we'll do our best to accommodate you or refer you to a similar property that can accommodate you.

USE. The premises will be used as a temporary residence for no more than 12 persons.
PARKING. Tenant understands that there is sufficient parking for up to three vehicles, including one in the garage and up to two in the driveway. No vehicle shall block the neighbor’s driveway/garage access at any time. Excess vehicles, or any vehicles that are blocking the neighbor's access, will be ticketed, stickered, and/or towed. Space for three vehicles is not guaranteed; if only one vehicle may be parked outside the garage without blocking the neighbor's access, then excess vehicles must be parked legally elsewhere. Excess vehicles must not be parked on the public roadway.
PARTIES. No parties shall be held on the premises without the prior written consent of Stay Summit. No more than 14 persons shall be present on the premises at any time.
ANIMALS. No animals will be brought on the premises without prior consent of Stay Summit. If consent is given by Stay Summit, no pet shall be left unattended in the Rental Property at any time unless in a cage/crate. Pets are to be leashed at all times when outside the Rental Property in accordance with the Town of Breckenridge Pet Ordinance. Pets may not be chained or tied outside the Rental Property. Tenant is responsible for the immediate cleaning and removal of all pet excretion from any area (including lawns). Presence of a vicious pet, excessively barking pet, a pet of which Stay Summit was not aware, and/or pet that causes damage to property is sufficient cause for termination of this agreement without return of rent.
SMOKING. Tenant or his or her family, invitees, or guests will not smoke anywhere inside the structure, including any garage. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge plus all necessary cleaning and odor elimination costs.
MINIMUM AGE. Tenant represents that Tenant is at least 25 years of age.
