The space
The apartment is a one bedroom two bed space, recently renovated and fully independent, on the 5th floor of a south-facing building with elevators and stairs.
The wide Parisian windows overlook the Rue du Chemin Vert and give plenty of life and light to the apartment during the day, and full privacy at night with curtains and blinds down.
The apartment has everything you need for a good night's sleep :
- Large quality bed and top quality mattress (Queen size)
- Large quality sofa bed and top quality mattress (Queen size)
- Double glazing for silent nights
- Blinds in the living room and bedroom where the beds are
The apartment is fully equipped with :
- Bathroom shower
- Bathtub
- Toilet
- Hairdryer, towels, etc.
- Washing machine and dryer
To power your amazing Parisian breakfasts, lunches, coffees and drinks with friends or family of up to 4 people, you will also find :
- Kitchen equipped with barista coffee makers, water boiler, oven, grill, electric hob x 4 to heat water and cook, etc.
- Fridge
- Freezer
- Small tables for breakfasts and big tables for dinners
- Television screen (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, or HDMI cable for your computer)
For those of you visiting Paris for business :
- Wi-Fi with fibre optic cable speed internet
- Office desk for working, big table for group of 4 coworking
Guest access :
The whole apartment that you can see in the photos will be all yours, you will not share with anyone else. Please guarantee that you are maximum 4 people at a time!
During your stay :
I will be staying nearby during your visit, and my neighbours share the same floor, so you might bump into an old lady (on the left) or a young man (apartment facing our apartment door). Do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions or would like some recommendations for places to visit!
Guest access
The apartment is not shared. All the areas shown in the photos are private for you and your guests.
Other things to note
- Car parking : There are parking spaces all around the apartment area but you also have several Zenparks, public parking spaces, and street parking zones. If everything seems to be full or you are not sure which spaces are free or paid, give me a call! I also have a parking space under the apartment building, depending on my parking clients during your visit it may be free for you and your car. The size limit is big cars and SUVs, no big vans.
- Early check-in and late check-outs : Depending on your check in and check out times, it is not 100% certain that I can welcome you earlier or let you leave later. However, please send me your request and we will see case by case! For those of you who wish to leave suitcases before check in or after check out, there are hotels nearby that can keep them, or we can arrange with the Gardien of my building to see if he is available to look after your belongings that day.
- Air conditioning : Paris is a traditional old city and air conditioning is very rare (and often banned) in apartments. However, during the summer, you will have a fan in the apartment, and during the winter, you will have an additional heater and blankets! The double glazed windows are brand new and will help you to keep the heat out (open them wide and let the wind cool down the apartment), or keep them closed (and stay very warm in winter).
- Floor / Elevator : The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is an elevator in additional to stairs up and down to the ground floor and -1 (bins, trash, and recycling) and -2 (parking).
