A bright and spacious two bedroom second floor flat on Horsebridge Road, seconds from the beach (not beachfront), restaurants, pubs and boutique shops.
The flat has a balcony, a sizeable double bedroom, a second bedroom (single beds) for 1-2 children or 1 small adult, a lounge-diner, kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
There is a bus stop outside the property. Whitstable station (distance 0.7 miles) provides frequent and direct links to London St Pancras (80 mins) and London Victoria (100 mins).

The space
The lounge area has a TV with Amazon firestick, leather couches, a DVD player and a CD player.

The dining area has a table which can comfortably accommodate four people.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob/electric oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle and dishwasher.

In the bathroom you will find a bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink.

Bedroom 1 is spacious and has a King sized bed, a wardrobe and two beside tables with lamps.

Bedroom 2 can accommodate one small adult or two children. It has one small single bed (74” x 36”) plus an additional small trundle bed (68” x 30”) for a child on request. It also has a wardrobe and bedside table.
