The space
Wake up early and head out to the balcony to experience the magnificence of morning’s first light illuminating South Beach. Make a quick breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen, or head out to enjoy a colada and pastelito at one of the nearby cafes as you enjoy a morning stroll along the boardwalk. Spend your day shopping along Collins Avenue, or soak up some rays as you frolic in the sand and surf. As the sun sets on the city, grab a cocktail on the beach, dine under the stars in the transformed courtyard, and then head out to experience iconic Miami nightlife. Wherever your adventures take you, know your oasis is here waiting so you can rest and recharge for whatever comes next.

THE ROOM:
• 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and balcony.
• Spacious 1,818 ft² (169 m²) of living space.
• Ocean view and City view with Northeastern exposure.
• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.
• Entertainment amenities include multiple TVs, Bose sound system, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.

Other things to note
• The Setai Hotel charges a daily resort fee of $285 (plus tax) per day, This will be paid directly to the Setai upon check in. For all stays 30 nights or longer the amount per night is $115 plus tax.
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay. No other pet type allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
