The space
This mid-century modern bungalow has a NEW 7 person hot tub & includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, gourmet kitchen with everything one needs to bake & cook, all walking distance dining & shopping in historic olde towne Elkhorn. This upper unit duplex has a fully fenced back yard, deck w/ seating area & fire pit. This place is the perfect home base for exploring restaurants, bars, local entertainment Located less than a minute walk to restaurants & shopping, between 204th & Main St. Harwood floors through-out and terrazo tile in the bath. Bathroom includes fluffy towels, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Laundry includes washer/dryer & detergent. BDR hosts king bed, & smart tv, dresser & closet. Second BDR hosts Queen bed, smart tv, closet. Third BDR has 2 full beds, chair converts to extra bed. All rooms include darkening shades, & nightlights with USB chargers. Kitchen includes dining sets for up to 12, Stainless steel appliances, griddle, blender, baking essentials listing & everything needed to cook or bake. Relax outside on the deck with conversation area, gas grill, and fire pit. Guest will have private use of the front porch and back deck that includes conversation area with gas grill, fenced back yard & hot tub. We are available to answer any questions or offer recommendations for local food & fun. As well as address any issue feel free to contact anytime. We want your stay with us to be the best experience possible. Old Towne Elkhorn is a friendly & safe neighborhood. Walking distance to Ta Ha Zouka park, as well as dining & entertainment right down the street. - This home is about a block from the rail road tracks, you will hear the train pass through on occasion. - This is a house that has been fully converted to a true duplex and the Duke is the upper unit. - Cameras are located on flood light and are for security purposes & No Survelliance inside
