AMAZING UNHINDERED VIEW OF THE OCEAN and coastal views from a this high floor unit. Fully furnished and equipped for the convenience of guests. 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom, spacious apartment with a separate bedroom right on the OCEAN shore. The building offers 5 starts amenities, such a Beach Service and an excellent location in the center of Sunny Isles Beach. The perfect place to call it your holiday home!

The space
The condo has 1 King Size bed in the Master Bedroom and a Queen Size Bed on the 2nd Bedroom. Washer and dryer in the unit. Sleeps up to 4 people. It comes with everything needed for check-in: dinning set, pots, bed set, towels, etc. Cable and high speed internet included. The building is close to restaurants, pharmacies, kids parks, Aventura and Bal Harbor Mall and close to Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airport.

Guest access
Guest will have access to all the condo and building amenities. Which includes Lounge room, fitness center, Kids room, Valet Service, Beach Services, Towels services. Includes free valet parking for one vehicle.

ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF AIRBNB:

APPLICATION FEES: The building enforces background check for each guest over 18 years old.. The fee is $100 per adult or $100 per married couple will be paid directly to "Tenant Evaluation" website. Condo application must be submitted within 2 days of booking.

VALET PARKING: Guests will have access to valet parking at a one time fee of $10 paid directly to the La Perla Management office and covers your parking decal for your entire stay. Only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.

GUEST ID'S / BEACH SERVICE - ONE TIME FEE - Guests will register with the office at arrival and receive guest ID's for a ONE TIME fee of $25 per adult and is paid at check-in directly to La Perla's office. Your guest ID provides you access to all building amenities and elevators.
