Location

Paris, Île-de-France, France

This historic neighborhood is full of beautiful homes, chic cafes, and fine boutiques. Food lovers will enjoy the abundant selection at Le Bon Marche. Peruse fresh produce with a view of the Eiffel Tower at the same markets frequented by Julia Child. This is the neighborhood where the designers Yves Saint Laurent, Hubert Givency, and Thierry Muegler lived and my neighbors include the actress Selma Hayek, Ina Garten (the Barefoot Contessa), the Prime Minister of France, and the Hermes family.

Having guests in my home is a unique chance to discover both Paris as its culinary history. The home is centrally located and gives guests an authentic Parisienne experience. The house is historical and was originally part of the Prime Minister's home next door which was the Embassy of the Austrian Hungarian Empire prior to World War I. After the war, the house was divided and developed. I have carefully restored the ballroom which came from panels brought from a chateau in Limoge which depict the story of War and Peace. In the library, I am creating a Cabinet of Curiosities which many homes had centuries ago to show collections from world travels. I have travelled throughout the world and have always sought out an authentic experience wherever I travel. I hope you will find that staying in Paris will give you a truly authentic experience.
