Welcome to Aspen Lodge! We're on top of a mountain with easy access. Enjoy the solitude of nature and Potter County's dark skies. We rent to small groups of guests, deep-cleaning between each rental.

Enjoy all we have to offer: Star gaze from the deck. Hike through the woods.
Swim in Lyman Lake. View Grand Canyon vistas and a pristine Rail Trail.

We accommodate 6 adults and 2 small guests in a full bunk. Located 10 minutes from Galeton and 20 minutes from Cherry Springs.

The space
No need to leave if you want to enjoy God's Country and each other. The interior living area has beautiful knotty pine throughout. The spacious deck overlooks the firepit and open space to view wildlife. Firewood is provided. Firepit cooking utensils are stored on the deck. Extra chairs for the firepit are in covered storage nearby. Horseshoes and bocce ball on the deck as well.

Enjoy your mornings with pancake mix, syrup and coffee to start your day on the mountain - these items are in the pantry and under the coffee pot. The kitchen has all basic appliances with a Weber gas grill on the deck: dishes, silverware and glasses, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, griddle and crock pot. We have paper goods in the pantry and a variety of basic dry goods.
Relax and enjoy your visit!

No public WIFI, but good cell phone coverage. More options for connectivity are available in Galeton, just 10 minutes away. The first floor TV and one in the loft are available for viewing You Tube TV. You'll also find a DVD player in the loft for watching movies on a rainy day.

During your stay

We want you to feel at home at Aspen Lodge and will probably not be on-site, but if you need us, we’re a phone call away. Remember there are often festivals in the area - Laurel Festival, Endless Mountain Music Festival, Woodcutters Festival and various Maple Syrup activities held locally for lots of fun! The PA Lumber Museum is a great destination for learning more about the lumber industry.
