Full kitchen, cooking supplies, lots of outdoor space on 1/2 an acre of partially forested and beautifully landscaped fenced yard. Spacious decks, BBQ, and fully equipped outdoor covered Gym.

Only short walk to a secluded swimming beach! 5 min drive to snug cove and all the main shops.

*This is a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood and not a place to party.

Other things to note
The cottage restoration is still a work in progress. So far the bedrooms, appliances, floor, paint, exterior and yard have all been updated.
