Separate entrance with large foyer.
Two bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and kitchen, the other with a queen bed, futon and T.V. (sitting area). Three piece bathroom with step-in shower. Tons of parking. Hardwood floors throughout. Spectacular views and 2 firepits to use.

The space
Located on 17 beautiful acres in Mono the best place to see the fall colours and enjoy year-round activities. Separate unit attached to our home. Unit has included 2 bedrooms, one 3-piece bathroom and full kitchen. Can accommodate up to 5 people. Lots of outdoor games available. Please inquire. No pets allowed.

Guest access
Park on round-about and walk up the slope to the wooden deck and your front door to start your relaxing stay.
Feel free to meander our 17 acres of trails. Relax by the fire pit on top of the Niagara Escarpment and look down on the beautiful landscape of horse country and watch the sun set or raise, your choice. Enjoy the full access of the back deck and have a BBQ.

Other things to note
Umbrellas, snowshoes and binoculars are available for use on property. Outside games are available as well. No pets allowed
