Centrally located in Tampa! 5 minutes from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, 10 minutes from USF campus and Moffit Center, and 15 minutes from Downtown and the Riverwalk!

The space
The Studio is a converted garage unit attached to the main house.
It offers a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa that converts into a queen with pillows, sheets and a blanket underneath the cushion. As well as a blow up mattress in the closet with extra sheets.
It has a private entrance in the backyard with a coded lock for your security.
The full bathroom has a toilet, sink and stand up shower.
The kitchenette features a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and Kuerig coffee maker.
The pool and backyard are private, meaning you won't share with anyone but with whom you come with.
I live on the property and will come out to do pool maintenance or to sweep and keep the backyard tidy during the day but will keep out of your way if you're enjoying the space.
