Nestled on the picturesque grounds of the Black Saddle Barn Wedding and Event Venue, the original farmhouse has been completely updated from top to bottom and has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Located in the beautiful community of Callander just minutes from Lake Nipissing and a short drive to North Bay, this is truly one of Northern Ontario's hidden gems!

There's lots to do in the area any season

The space
The modern farmhouse is located on 51+acres. This site is a wedding + event venue as well; however, no events will be happening during your stay. You won't have access to any of the other buildings (other than the farmhouse) but you're welcome to walk the property and enjoy nature.

You will have the house and grounds to yourself during your stay.

There is a beach access only a few minutes way so you can enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling, fishing, swimming, boating...and more! The snowmobile trails are also nearby to enjoy in the winter. Locally there is lots to do: Snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking trails, swimming, boating, fishing...etc!

Fishing Charters: Contact Lake Nipissing Outfitters for summer or winter fishing.

Before you get to the Farmhouse, you will pass by a local farm, Cooperstead Farm. Stop in and grab some fresh produce/meat!

Guest access
The entire house (minus storage areas). Access to explore the property.

The barn, pavilion, garage, and bathroom building will be off limits.
