Soften some of the city's edges at SouthSide Latte. This newly renovated, fully furnished townhome is a warm retreat for singles or couples looking to spend time in Pittsburgh. Located on a residential street walkable to restaurants, nightlife, and Starbucks, we designed this urban retreat with discerning travelers in mind. Professionally decorated.

Easy access to UPMC/AHN Hospitals, Duquesne, Pitt, CMU, Carlow, Chatham, cultural sites, and all the attractions of downtown Pittsburgh.

The space
This pre-Civil War era townhome maintains its historic floor plan, but the interior was entirely updated in 2023.
It feels fresh and inviting, and we've furnished it to offer everything a traveler might need.

The next-door unit is nearly identical and also available to rent. The enclosed back courtyard is shared between the 2 units, but otherwise they are entirely separate homes. Please reach out if you are interested in renting them both together.

Other things to note
Please note the interior stairs are a bit steep. We've added a sturdy handrail and no-slip surfaces, but they could be tricky for guests who can't easily climb stairs. Both of the bedrooms and the bathroom require using the stairs.

To protect the house, guests are required to sign a renter agreement and provide contact information when booking.
