And a great townhouse in a gated community, home with plenty of privacy,with a beautiful barbecue with wood oven 🪵 pool , soccer field⚽, shower, has a good structure for the family to make a beautiful barbecue ,the house has all utensils for a good accommodation.

The space
São 2 bedrooms, ( sleep on them, 7 people) upstairs ! and in the ground floor room,with 2 bedrooms(3 people sleep on them) if they prefer to sleep on the floor, instead of the sofa bed, we have 3 extra mattresses! the house holds 10 people, with 1 full bathroom, and 1 toilet! has a washing machine, water filter, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove 4 mouths! some beach items 🏖️ such as chairs, cooler, sunguard, balcony pras children, spaghetti to use in the pool.

near the ferry, north side, 7 minutes from the ferry, next to the center, Perequê...( only 6 minutes) 🏖️ nearest beach, 8 minutes, and the neighborhood waterfall 5 minutes! by car.
