Our home is on a large elevated property on the inner city harbour with our own access to the water and boat shed, where there are kayaks for use. The apartment is on the top floor of a three level home with stunning 180 degree views of the harbour.
The apartment is very private with a wonderful sense of space, where you can enjoy the feeling of the outdoors with the bi-fold windows without the cool evening breeze of sitting outside. Our quests have enjoyed the privacy because of the how the property is situated you feel like you are the only ones here. We are situated in the heart of Tauranga, in one of Tauranga's prime real estate areas 5 minutes walk to the Tauranga city centre, of shops and cafes, and spectacular waterfront views - perfect for business or leisure. All bedding has quality cotton sheets and we have a strict cleaning policy.
Your access to the apartment is separate. Safe non metered street parking outside the property is available. The option for onsite garage parking may be available, please enquire at the time of booking.
Interaction with guests
I am available should you require information on area attractions, transport, dining options. Supermarkets are only 5 minutes away, however there are many lovely cafes to dine in.
Other things to note
The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking supplies in the kitchen for your use. Because of the proximity to fabulous cafes and two supermarkets we find most quest prefer to equip the kitchen to their preference.
