Hi! As a superhost of properties in Muskoka for over 8 years, this is our first property in the city of Barrie. Welcome to The Loft @ 89! No expense spared and newly renovated, this beautifully decorated and centrally located loft apartment is just a few minutes drive off of Hwy 400 and upstairs of one of Barrie’s finest restaurants.
Centrally located, close to downtown yet cozy and comfortable with all of the lovely extras and attention to detail that will make your stay as good as it gets!

The space
Approximately 1000 square foot apartment with a beautiful spacious kitchen and everything you need to prepare delicious meals including all basic amenities and condiments. Comfortable dining for 6 people. Large smart tv with streaming capabilities to host business meetings and equipped with Netflix and Prime to enjoy your favourite shows or catch a movie. Very cozy king size bed and a queen size pullout couch for a couple of friends.
Plush towels, exquisite thread count sheets and downy soft duvets.

Other things to note
Three blocks to Barrie’s beautiful Kempenfelt Bay and it’s beaches and just a couple blocks from downtown where you can shop, dine and catch a yoga or fitness class! Summer time fun includes a long walk around the waterfront, enjoying an ice cream or be a kid again on the Wibit! Quick drive for fantastic downhill or cross country skiing and multiple areas to golf. You really are in the middle of everything amazing.
