Relax, unwind & enjoy with the whole family at this peaceful & tranquil place. This charming house can accommodate 10 people with ease, its large and picturesque backyard abutting the clean & pristine waters of the Trent river makes it a great place to swim & relax.

The space
This two story home has five bedrooms, four on the second floor and one in the basement, one full bath and two half baths. A cozy family room with a flat screen TV. A separate living and dining room gives you a comfortable area to unwind. A large deck and gazebo gives you plenty of space to relax outside whilst enjoying the view of the river flowing by. The property also has a boat launch to launch your small watercrafts.

Guests get full access to the entire home. There is plenty of parking space on the drive way (No access to the garage)

Other things to note
HOUSE RULES.
1. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house and a strict NO PET policy.

2. EVENTS PARTYING AND NOISE: No loud activity, loud music, or wild partying inside or outside which can disturb the neighborhood. Have loads of fun, but please be mindful of the other full time residents of the area. Quiet time is between 10pm -9 am.

3. Only registered guests are allowed in the property and no visitors please.

4. WET EQUIPMENT or SHOES : Do not bring wet waterlogged shoes or wet equipment into the home. Please leave outdoor footwear at the mudroom or deck. Please do not use the home towels for outside water activities.

5. The barn house has two Canoes(3 person each) & a inflatable, please ensure that life jackets are used always when getting into the water. The house has five adult size life jackets, please wear it every time you get into the water (the depth of the river is unpredictable). The water is weed free and can have jagged rocks underneath so wearing aqua shoes is highly recommended.

6.GARBAGE: Under the kitchen sink black basket for food waste only, please separate the food waste with the rest of the garbage. The black garbage bags should be left inside the bins & tightly closed, as this is country and we do not want a mess for you or us to clean .

7. Friday 7.00AM sharp is the City Black Garbage pickup date, you can leave up to 4 black garbage bags on that day. Please note that it has to be tagged ( we have some tags in the kitchen drawers i.e. stickers with City of Quinte West embossed on it, if you run out of it its available for purchase in almost all stores in the area. (both food and other waste can be added to the black garbage bags)

8. Food garbage to be TAKEN AWAY by you. There are plenty of drop off bins for small bags on N Trent St. Recycling can be left behind provided no food waste is in it.

9.BBQ : Please ensure that you leave the BBQ Grill and tools clean after use. Please always use the liner on the grill and shut the propane tank after use.

Please treat our home as you would your own. This is a very special family home and we want to keep it that way.
