Serene and stylish bungalow in Cheltenham Spa that can sleep 3 people in singles or 2 in a Superking size and one in a single bed. All beds & mattresses are new & hotel standard. There is on-site parking for up to 3 cars, with CCTV for added security. The Bungalow is 5 minutes drive from the train station, M5, town center, local supermarkets, takeaways and the racecourse with accessible public transport links. Great outside space to enjoy with comfy seating and a fire pit. Summer months only.

The space
The fully furnished bungalow features a single bed in bedroom 1,
2 single beds in bedroom 2, which can be zipped together.
There is a modern style fully equipped kitchen, a spacious walk-in shower & washroom. A front lounge with a 60 inch TV. There is no dining room.

The perfect choice for a weekend break or a place to escape life's hustle and bustle. Contact the host to make any special requests.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the full property (excluding loft, one food cupboard & a shed). Full use of a private rear garden, which has comfy seating & a fire pit. Currently only lighting is via mains LED hanging lights which require plugging in.

Other things to note
I charge an end of stay clean fee of £25. I leave a folder which will contains house rules and helpful information. The house is non- smoking please. Guest may smoke or Vap in the garden.
Dogs are very welcome at the Bungalow however please note, I have a grapevine in the garden, also common house plants inside the bungalow, which may be toxic if eaten. If guests have any special requirements that are needed for their stay please mention when contacting me. Thank you.
