Obsessively clean loft studio just a couple blocks from the Jefferson L stop in Bushwick. Minimalist and Muji-modern with 12' ceilings and stainless kitchen, on a quiet block with rear-facing windows.

The space
Converted knitting factory building with exposed beams and some handsome loft charm. Ceiling-tall windows bathe the whole place in sunlight in the morning, and keep it bright throughout the day.

Well appointed for working or studying from home with a large desk (pictured) and matching bookshelves.

The internet is a high-speed cable connection with a new dual-band router which is plenty strong for video calling / streaming / etc.

As noted there is a laundry room on the floor just a few doors down from the unit, and a laundromat across the street for folks who would prefer drop-off service.

Due to the size of the windows there are no coverings installed, but the bed area is separated from the rest of the space (as shown in the floor plan illustration) and offers privacy in the evenings.

Please feel free to message me with any other questions you may have.

Guest access
Plates, flatware, and cooking essentials (pots, skillet, utensils) are provided, along with a coffee maker / grinder.

Location

Brooklyn, New York, United States

Located in a great part of the neighborhood with many restaurants and bars within a couple of blocks. The L train takes you to Williamsburg in about 5-10 minutes, and Manhattan in 10-15.

In the heart of the Bushwick gallery and studio area, with a thriving arts, music, and food scene. The new kids on the block are calling it "Jefftown" these days, but for those of us who have been here a while, it's just home.

During your stay
This is my primary residence, so it's only available when I'm traveling. I'll either arrange to meet you in-person to hand off the keys and do a quick walk-through if I'm still in the city, or I will leave a key for self check-in. We're solid southern folks, so we'll make sure you're treated right.
