Casa Portapenta is located in the historic centre of Praiano in a quiet and very panoramic position. In the morning you can enjoy the first light of dawn, sipping a coffee directly from your terrace, surrounded by lemon, orange and apricot trees and a lush vegetation.
Casa Portapenta consists of 2 apartments (A and B) with every comfort, reachable from the driveway through a pedestrian way with about 60 steps. Nearby there is the possibility of free parking along the street. Casa Portapenta also has a private car park at about 150m (chargeable and on request upon your booking). Within walking distance there are several grocery stores, a pharmacy and some restaurants. The local bus stop which connects all points of Praiano, including the beach of Praiano (Praia) and Positano, is about 100 m away.
Casa Portapenta A, with an area of 120 m2, consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub/shower. The kitchen is fully furnished and the living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 1 person. The apartment has two terraces, one of which is very large with sea view, which gives direct access to the house, and about 30 m2 garden surrounding the structure at the entrance. The terrace is furnished with table, chairs, sun beds and deckchairs.
The apartment has air conditioning, washing machine, kitchen-4 gas rings, oven and microwave oven, fridge, freezer, hair dryer, iron & Ironing Board, satellite TV, DVD player, wi-fi (free of charge), BBQ, Cot (for a fee) and car parking (on request and chargeable).
Casa Portapenta is a structure that can accommodate up to 8 people, so even large families or groups, but at the same time the two apartments retain their independence if taken individually. This is because each of them has its own terrace (very large), an own garden but also a common area where there is a swimming pool (5 x 3 m, open from mid May to September 30th, depending on the weather) with shower and solarium.
