At Sunset Haven🌅 the lake isn’t just the view—it’s part of your vacation. This private waterfront getaway was created for families who want plenty to do, room to relax and time together without packing up half the house.

🏡 SPACE TO RELAX—INSIDE AND OUT

The home offers 2,110 square feet of comfortable living space, plus spacious front and back yards, a private boathouse and an upper deck overlooking the lake. With generous indoor and outdoor areas, there’s room to gather, spread out and enjoy the property beyond the listing photos.

🚣 YOUR WATERFRONT PLAYGROUND

Launch directly from the property with 6-Kayaks, 2-Stand-up Paddle-boards and a Pedal Boat. Swim, float on the Lily Pad or cast a line into one of Indian Lake’s top fishing locations. Water floats and life jackets in a variety of sizes are provided.

Back on land, enjoy Cornhole, Spikeball, Kan Jam and other yard games, then gather around the fire pit for s’mores. At sunset, head to the upper boathouse deck for a front-row view of the evening sky—it’s the experience that gave Sunset Haven🌅 its name.

The 2,110-square-foot home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and accommodations for up to 10 guests:

• King bedroom upstairs
• Two Queen bedrooms on the main floor
• Two full-size sleeper sofas
• Twin daybed with pull-out twin trundle bed

Three stories of lake-facing windows fill the home with natural light and beautiful water views. Sunset Haven’s warm, modern Lakeside Chic décor feels polished, comfortable and welcoming.

🍽️ PACK LIGHT—WE’VE STOCKED THE REST

The fully equipped kitchen includes crock pots, an air fryer, mixer, blender, Brita water pitcher and much more. A gas grill and generous indoor and outdoor seating make family meals easy. Be sure to claim a turn in the guest-favorite: the Egg Swing!😊

🎮 FUN—EVEN WHEN THE WEATHER CHANGES

The climate-controlled game room features a regulation foosball table, two-player NFL Arcade game🕹️, Spectrum Sports, Hook & Ring, board games, cards, poker chips and a vintage record player. Make popcorn, choose an album and let the competition begin!

A new 2025 HVAC system and air purifier help keep the home comfortable, while the full-house generator means a neighborhood power outage doesn’t have to interrupt your vacation.

Guest access
😍 Guests have full access to the home and waterfront property, including the boathouse and upper deck. Boat lifts are not available, but you’re welcome to tie your boat or jet skis to any of the boathouse cleats.

Enjoy six kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards and a pedal boat. Life jackets in multiple sizes are provided in the deck box along with floating hammocks.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• No parties
• No pets
• No fireworks anywhere on the property
• No smoking or vaping inside the home or game room
• No glitter, confetti, nail glue, super glue, epoxy or other permanent adhesives
• Use only blue painter’s tape when hanging signs

Please help us preserve the peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere of Long Island. Excessive outdoor noise—including loud music, shouting, chanting—is not permitted.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. You’re welcome to enjoy the fire pit or upper boathouse deck after 10 p.m simply please keep music and voices lowered.

⚠️ NO JUMPING OR DIVING FROM THE UPPER BOATHOUSE DECK
Water depth varies and may be shallow. Rocks, debris, fishing equipment and other submerged hazards may not be visible. For everyone’s safety, jumping or diving from the upper deck is strictly prohibited.

* 🌅 Sunset Haven is a premier, family-friendly lake retreat with games and activities for all ages—inside and out. Rain or shine, enjoy the fully stocked Game Room for all ages and also the comfort of a whole-house Generac generator that will start up if needed.

No smoking or vaping of any substance inside the home or Game Room. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of all smoking materials properly.
