Relax in this quiet accommodation between the sea and the countryside. NEW 30 m2 duplex located 700 meters from the small sea of Gavres in the peaceful town of Riantec, where you can enjoy nature as well as cultural visits. Ideal for hiking or water activities (sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, surfing spot 10 minutes away). Parking in front of the accommodation. Well served with buses 15 and 17 at 250 meters and boat to Lorient from Port-Louis or Locmiquélic (7-minute crossing).

The space
Independent accommodation attached to my residence with clean entrance and garden, with on the ground floor a nice living room with a raisable coffee table, a BZ (140x190cm) and an equipped kitchen. You'll also have a folding table and folding stools for three people to eat. All overlooking a completely private garden with terrace and barbecue. Upstairs you will find a large bright room with a queen size bed (160x200cm), a closet and a spacious bathroom with a 90x90cm shower. The stairs, being a little steep, are not suitable for toddlers or the elderly. Great for 2 people. Can accommodate up to 4 guests.
A double kayak can be provided for you to explore the charming Petite Mer de Gâvres.
