This custom build home with sophisticated finishes will enchant you from the moment you arrive! This home has been set up with your comfort in mind and aims to treat you like royalty.
You are going to be greeted by a carefully landscaped front with exterior lighting. Once inside you will find yourself in our spacious open-concept living, dining room and kitchen. The vaulted ceiling with a custom-made ceiling fan and the window front showcasing the backyard, make this gorgeous living room feel even bigger!
Sit back and relax on our comfortable couch with space for the entire group. Turn on our huge smart TV, log into your streaming service, and enjoy! The gas-powered fireplace ignites with just the flick of a switch, adding a cozy ambiance, especially during long winter nights.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the tools and gadgets you might need to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay and its own reverse osmosis system. The kitchen island and kitchen countertops are made of beautiful white marbled tops, offering ample workspace, allowing the entire group to join in on the meal prep fun.
The kitchen island also serves as a breakfast bar, offering seating for up to 4 guests.
The dining area comes with a beautiful, rustic-chic dining table with seating for up to 10 between chairs and a bench.
This home has split floor plan, meaning that you will find the primary bedroom and a guest bedroom on on site of the property and the remaining 2 guest bedrooms, plus the bunk bedroom on the other.
The primary bedroom comes with a gorgeous, black wood king-sized bed, a modern wood ceiling fan, and another flat-screen smart TV for you to enjoy.
The attached bathroom can be accessed through custom-made barn door style doors. It features a Jake and Jyle - style vanity with backlight mirrors, a spacious walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and huge walk-in closet.
The guest bedroom on this side features another beautiful king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a gorgeous bathroom with another modern walk-in shower.
The other guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the living room. The first comes with another beautiful and comfortable king-sized bed with an attached bathroom. Here we have another spacious walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.
The second guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and also has an attached bathroom. This bathroom can also be accessed through the hallway and is meant to be shared with the rest of the group, the guests staying in the bunkbed room to be specific. It comes with a modern walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.
The last bedroom also functions as a gaming room. It features 2 bunkbeds with 2 queen beds each, a modular couch to fit your group's needs, another flat-screen smart TV, and a brand-new foosball table! The perfect space for younger members of your group to hang out in!
Our beautiful home is not only enchanting on the inside but offers countless highlights on the exterior as well! The backyard can be accessed through the double sliding doors in the living room as well as through the sliding glass doors in the gaming room. It is professionally landscaped and offers countless opportunities to relax and enjoy, across five different areas, all of which come with gorgeous, modern outdoor furniture. Please also enjoy our selection of outdoor games, such as a giant stackable Jenga, cornhole toss, and more.
First, we have a seating area on the patio by the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee or a friendly chat. The coffee table with matching seats is perfect to watch the sunrise. Or to unwind in the evening, simply ignite our gas-powered, decorative fireplace to add that extra luxury feeling.
Then we have two big lounging chairs on our Astroturf area, perfect for the sun-loving members of your group. Grab your favorite refreshment and let the tanning begin!
Next up, a big highlight across all age groups.... Our brand new, hot tub! Enjoying a spa treatment, with multiple adjustable jets, light, and waterfall feature! Nothing will soothe your sore muscles better than soaking and relaxing here, after a long day of hiking, skiing or similar adventures. At night, you can even stargaze from here!
But we are not done, yet! The second patio area, located in front of the gaming room, comes with a beautiful outdoor dining set and a state-of-the-art BBQ grill with multiple burners, perfect for your outdoor BBQ party. And how about our SONOS sound system? It allows your to listing to your favorite radio stations as well as a carefully selected media library, that you can control right from your phone. You can even select the areas you want the system to play the music at: living room, gaming room and/or outdoor patio.
Last but not least, we also have another outdoor firepit to recreate the experience of a glamping experience. Take a seat on one of our Adirondack chairs around the pit and ignite with just the turn of a knob. Enjoy the crackling fire and gaze at the stars, enjoy your favorite drink and more!
Guest access
On the day of arrival, I will send you information on how to unlock the electronic lock. Just enter the 4 digit code using the keypad located at the front door, wait a few seconds for the mechanism to unlock, and step in.
You will have access to the entire house.
Other things to note
Please no smoking inside our home, we charge a fee of 500$ for any signs of not following these rules.
We also ask you to make sure that the gas has been shut off for our outdoor BBQ.
The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and relax!
However, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide with check-in instructions. Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition, so that the next guest may enjoy it, too.
If the failure to follow our instructions results in a hot tub, which is not in usable condition, as for example due to:
- Low water level
- Greenish or otherwise “unusual” watercolor
- Or similar issues
We will charge a 200$ fee in order to cover the additional service expenses needed to restore the hot tub to its functional condition.
This property is pet friendly, we allow up to 2 dogs per stay at an additional one-time fee of 100$/dog. Please communicate with us during your booking process or stay how many pets, if any, you are bringing and we will update your booking accordingly.
