Welcome to this tranquil paradise nestled in Ticino's vineyards, at 3 min from the Bellinzona Castles. This cozy home, located in the Artore district, offers breathtaking views, spanning from Locarno Lake to Claro, with the castles in sight.

Despite its compact size, the house is equipped with air conditioning, a wood stove, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a balcony and a welcoming table invite you to enjoy the panorama and have a real Ticino style dinner.

The space
This property, once a rustic, has been delicately renovated a few years ago, preserving its character while adding modern comforts. Our accommodation is a spacious studio that boasts a large, well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed. Whether you want to dine or need to work, the expansive table caters to all your needs. Step out onto the balcony for breathtaking views or unwind in the tranquility of our garden. The studio is heated electrically or by wood for those chillier days, and air conditioning ensures your comfort during the summer months. Discover a harmonious blend of tradition and comfort in our charming property.

Other things to note
Nestled within the heart of the vineyard, our studio offers a serene retreat. Please note that reaching it involves a brief, 3-minute stroll along a scenic trail from the parking area. The journey includes approximately 20 meters of stairs, thus it might not be the best fit for individuals with limited mobility. Nevertheless, for those able to navigate the path, the tranquility and enchanting views make it a memorable escape.
