The space
Our house is located in beautiful North Vancouver, close to the mountains.
The house backs onto Princess Park, so the setting is quiet and peaceful.
This is a ground level suite, with private entrance, Queen size bed, private bathroom. We don't have a stove but we have a full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle and toaster. Wireless internet and 42" TV. We have a private backyard with table and chairs and a BBQ. Shared laundry for our guests downstairs.

Our neighbourhood is quiet, but close to all amenities. I love the fact that we back to the park, so it is private. I love all the trees around... In the winter we are close enough to the mountains so you can ski everyday. In the summer, we have a few parks that are great for hiking. If you like mountain biking, there is a trail nearby. We are 20 min from Vancouver Downtown by car and a bit less than an hour by bus and sea bus.

The bus to Lonsdale Quay is a 2 min walk distance. It takes 25 min to get to Lonsdale Quay. From there you can take the sea bus to Downtown, which takes 12 min. You can also get other buses from there and go to other touristic attractions in the North Shore. The number of our bus is 230. There are other buses if you walk a longer distance. Our house is easily accessible by car. Nearest shopping mall and grocery store is 5 minutes by car or 20 min walking. By bus, you can get to restaurants in about 10 minutes (restaurants and pubs on Lonsdale Ave).

Unfortunately we are not going to accept dogs in our suite just because some guests might be allergic to dog hair. So we are keeping the suite a "dog-free" environment.

We are a "normal" schedule family. This means we are awake during the day and we sleep at night. We appreciate if our guests do the same! Of course you are on vacation and sleeping in is encouraged and respected. We just want to avoid loud noises during the night.

During your stay
I will be here to greet you. If you have any questions, or need anything I will be happy to help! I am a very busy property manager (this is my home, but I manage properties for clients), and I drive all over the lower mainland and Fraser valley. I work from home about 50% of the time.

Other things to note
I live upstairs, and I have 2 suites downstairs. This is one suite. The other has a very nice young couple living in it. They live with me for over 3 years, very quiet and nice.

Entrance is through the back of the house, see check in instructions with photos :)
