This charming Villa is a standalone, breathtaking views of central Tuscany's rolling hills will make you feel like "Under the Tuscan Sun".
Costa is 2 km from the local village of Mercatale Valdarno.
The house welcome's 8 guests in 4 bedrooms en-suite with wi-fi and a private pool, surrounded by oakwoods and olive groves dominating the Petrolo Estate.
Petrolo is a winery placed on the eastern flanks of the Chianti mountains, between Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Main Tuscan highlights are within 1 hour drive from us.
We are an award winning winery dedicated to the production of organic fine wine and Olive oil. You would be more than welcome to come and visit our cellars for a nice wine tour!

Private Swimming Pool May to September, garden surrounding the house, BBQ, free wi-fi, wood oven for Pizza available.
From the normal road, the house is at the end of a steep road (300m), mostly made in concrete, partly with gravel.

Pets are welcome but we do ask a little fee for the extra cleaning of the house of 50 euro. Just bare in mind the house is isolated and with large garden but not fenced. Pets can run away if they are not used staying with you. No pets allowed in the pool water.

Hello, I'm Marco, I manage the holiday houses of the Petrolo Winery. We are a nice bunch of people working all year round on our vineyards, olive trees and properties. I love this place! It dominates with beautiful views the Valdarno valley, in the south-eastern side of the Chianti hills, an area full of charm and history. We're between Florence, Siena and Arezzo, an ideal base for discovering Tuscan renowned history, art, food and our precious wine or just relax soaking-in the natural comfort of our countryside, maybe diving in our swimming pools or getting to the near Thermal Baths. Landmark of the estate is the medieval watchtower of Galatrona while precious renaissance works by Giovanni Della Robbia can be found in the old Parish Church of Galatrona, facing Villa Petrolo. Petrolo owns fine holiday villas set among the green olive groves, active vineyards and beautiful oak woods of the estate. Petrolo is a winery dedicated to the production of Award-Winning Wines and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. And by the way we have a lovely XVIII century rural gentry Villa ideal for events and celebrations or even for big family reunions, Please do send me a message!
