Barndominium style guesthouse with two separate guest units. This listing is for the unit inside door #2.

This unit is mostly located on the second floor. One of the unique details of this guesthouse are the many ships ladders to access the sleeping lofts.

Includes 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across two floors. One king size bed, four queens, and eleven twin beds. 4 full size bathrooms; 2 with tub/showers, and 2 with showers only.

Vaulted living room with beautiful deck view. Fully furnished kitchen and laundry. Playroom with toy loft, slide and tv area.

Grass-only side yard for guest use. Large shared gravel parking area.

Hot tub, pellet smoker and gas fire pit under the carport in the shared area for both units.

Guest access
Access through a door underneath the carport. A long staircase leads to the second floor where the main living areas, deck, and two bedrooms are located. Additional bedrooms with lofts are located off of the main floor entry point. Hot tub is on the main floor underneath the carport.

Other things to note
This property is mostly located on the second floor with a long staircase for access. Please ensure all guests are physically able to use stairs and ships ladders to access the bedroom loft.
