Below the house, there is the possibility of swimming, barely 500 meters to Skymningen swimming area. Barbecue area with benches and tables located down by the lake. Also a boat ramp below the plot. Walking & cycling trails to Kristinehamn's pride, the Picasso sculpture! Approximately 3.5 km to the city center.
