Mark was very helpful in getting the house ready for our requests, in giving us a tour and making sure everything would work for us (he checked in by text to make sure things were going well during our stay) . The house is very comfortable; beds, bathrooms, sound system, large flat screen TV with DVD. The yard was beautiful with a very nice patio for outside dining, BBQ, etc. The hot tub was easy to use and very comfortable for 4 people . The location of the house is ideal for visits to Boulder: within walking distance to Pearl St, CU campus, The Hill and trailheads for mountain hikes. The house has good off-street parking available. Thanks Mark for a wonderful visit to your beautiful home!

Marks home was a tourists dream for Boulder Colorado. Situated between the hiking trails, which were walkable, and downtown, which was filled with adorable shops and awesome food options. Mark was a gracious host, making sure our every need was met. The hot tub was a beautiful and relaxing bonus. You'd say the same about the view from the backyard. Also loved filtered water tap. As an admittedly notorious sensitive sleeper, I did find the mattress to be a little firm and would bring my own pillow next time. Look forward to coming back!

After sitting in a conference all day we were welcomed by the glow from within this unassuming Victorian. Mark’s house provided two old friends a place to relax and reconnect in a very warm and casual home. While we did not meet Mark, evidence of his thoughtful preparations was everywhere, from the cleanliness of the whole house to directions for using his stereo with our iPads. The house was tastefully and unobtrusively appointed with everything we needed to feel right at home as we prepared a light dinner and relaxed later in his living room. The bedrooms made for a restful night’s sleep. Thanks Mark, for making our stay in Boulder such a delight. We will be back.

I am an avid traveler and love to discover off-the-beaten-track destinations and far-flung cultures, but I still think Boulder is the ideal place to come home to. While I'm away or when I'm home, I love to share my charming small town with visitors. I moved to Boulder to attend CU, started a business here, and can't find any reason to leave this beautiful place.

I'm a busy entrepreneur and if I'm in town, I will be unobtrusive during your stay - though I'm available to share tips about what to see or do while you're here in the Rockies. I've been a skier since I was 5, I know the mountains well and I'm happy to share tips and advice. I can also point you to Boulder's best latte, sunny hiking trail or Indian food

When I'm not working, you can find me playing beach volleyball (summer), snowboarding (winter) and eating avocados (year round).
