This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Enjoy relaxing in this calm, stylish space. Situated in a charming green space, 7 minute walk from Mount Allison University Campus and Downtown. Ground floor: large living room with dining area, filled with natural light. Renovated kitchen with new dishwasher and counters, kitchen dining table. Leads into laundry/utility room, small powder room and large same-level shaded deck. Century banister staircase to second floor with two bedrooms, sunlit, well equipped office and full (shower and tub).

Guest access
Most areas are accessible, except for some cupboards, the grand piano area, one room on the 2nd floor and one room on the 3rd floor, which are marked off for family storage. Also, please do not use the basement, as the stairs are steep.

Other things to note
The grand piano, located on the street side of the livingroom, under a protective cover, is used professionally, and cannot be touched, and nothing can be placed on it.
