LIVING SPACES
This entire apartment has been restored with great care, especially the frescos adorning the ceilings. A delicate equilibrium between preserving the revered “old Florentine atmosphere” and infusing a fresh, modern sensibility has been achieved by the discerning designer behind this renovation. The selection of sleek, minimalistic furnishings that grace every room effortlessly breathe an airy and rejuvenating ambiance into the apartment.
Guests are treated to the luxury of two distinct living rooms, each serving a specific purpose. One exudes an air of formality, ideal for sophisticated gatherings, while the other serves as a haven for relaxation, complete with a dedicated TV area.
The eat-in kitchen, functional and very spacious, is the heart of the apartment, where all the meals are prepared, by the guests or by a chef to hire, and enjoyed. A laundry area with washer and dryer is also at disposal.

OUTDOOR AREA
This exquisite apartment has an inner courtyard, away from the crowd, featuring a vertical garden and perfectly furnished for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening after a day of sightseeing.

This apartment can host eight guests and is located on the first floor of an authentic 15th century palazzo, with elevator. It features all the modern amenities that make every vacation a delight. From here you can reach all the major city sites on foot, and, with the help of our concierge, you can book tours to discover the picturesque countryside, visit vineyards in the Chianti region, or explore charming towns like Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca and Pisa.
