El Bohio is an apartment on two floors in our BogenVilla, a farm first mentioned in 1260, which we have lovingly renovated since 2019. The balcony overlooking our gardens and meadows allows you to relax. Located between Haag in Upper Bavaria (6 km) and Wasserburg am Inn (11 km), Munich (45 km) and Lake Chiemsee (38 km) are also nearby. Your hosts Kirsten (from Puerto Rico) and Marc (from Berlin) live in the BogenVilla and are always there for you.

The space
El Bohio is a charming 120 square meter apartment with 5 rooms on two floors. Three small rooms are in the attic (1 double room, 2 single rooms), which are connected via a gallery with the living room and another bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet with a shower as well as the balcony. El Bohio has a separate entrance and staircase and is on the second floor of our BogenVilla. The furnishings are a charming Bavarian, Puerto Rican and Berlin mix with many stories.

Guest access
Apartment El Bohio is only rented in total. Access to the terrace, gardens and use of the barbecue after consultation with Kirsten and Marc.

Other things to note
We lovingly renovated BogenVilla in 2019 to preserve the centuries-old history of the house. In El Bohio, the old beams of the former barn are partially visible. We live in the BogenVilla with our children and mothers in an apartment building. We are pleased to share this beautiful place with its stories with our guests.
