Walkable Location (Noe Valley + Mission Districts) shops, restaurants, laundromats, public transport++, grocery + drug stores, parks, library, Tartine, Bi-Rite Ice Creamery, pubs. Farmer's market a few blocks away every Saturday. Access to deck w/ bbq grill (Deck & Grill maintained by request). Beach towels & camp chairs available upon request. There is a little friendly hypoallergenic small dog that may be in the courtyard at times.
